[Theatre Announcements] Addendum

Sorry for multiple posts in one week, but one production announcement failed
to show up on my doorstep until after my mail was sent, and I promised some
people at Wings last night that I would send it "special delivery".

 

Fantasy's final week of their production of "Snow White and the Seven
Dwarfs" will be presented at the VBC Playhouse.  Performances are Friday
Oct.19 at 7 p.m. and Sat. Oct. 20 and Sun. Oct.21 at 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and available by call 539-6829. M-F  9- 5.

 

Speaking of the Wings, my personal congratulations go out to all the winners
last night, it was a great evening, fun for all. I want to send a special
congrats to Nina Banta (we were both in "Proof", where she was, as always,
spectacular!) for her DOUBLE WIN, Lead Actress for "Proof" and Lead Singing
Actress for "42nd Street". (I was fortunate enough to be able to present
both awards to her). 

 

But really, there is so much fantastic talent in this town (and in this
area), it must be an emotionally churning effort to have to choose
"winners". Congratulations to all nominees, and all the groups for an
excellent season. Onward and upward!
